My first ever New Vegas mod edit, 1*10^3 kudos to DoctaSax for the original.

The patient logs for the Sweet ending provide an alternative story to how you ended up on the operating table & what goes on from that point onward. The original mentions that the player had brain damage & had to undergo facial reconstruction -that did not turn up to be perfect- by an unprofessional bothered me a bit. The character has to be a special entity in the story.

 

My edit is sloppy but hopefully a good addition.

Im in no way shape or form judging your tastes, but I giggled at the irony of you finding fault with an unqualified doctor performing facial reconstruction surgery, only to replace it with the player having been raped by a delirious mutant plant... .
