Issue with texture replacer mod

I'm working on texture replacement mod and encountered with problem. Maybe someone point me to right path...

Here is how mod looks in Photoshop:

Edges are erased and must look like a thorn/tattered. In Photoshop everything is fine. Saving as DDS (Color+Alpha, BC7). In preview everything is fine as well. In game not...

What am I doing wrong? All textures are without torn/ripped edges in game...I'm not a Photoshop guru, trying to solve this already an hour and don't understand where is the problem...

Edit: loose files version not archive

It's been years since I messed with Photo Shop, and probably not the correct answer... but just in case, don't you have to flatten the image, makes it a single layer image, before export?

Like I said it's a shot in the dark. LOL

No. But I already solved a problem. :D Simply needed to merge all layers in one (Ctrl+Shift+Alt+E)

Kool!

Seems they used to call that flatten. I think Snagit still calls it that, same effect though. LOL
