Well the game isn't even out yet so... yeeeah.

 

It will depend on the engine it is built in, the popularity of the game and other factors I'm sure. The kernal-level anticheat may also be an inhibiting factor if it prevents any modification or alteration of the game files in any way. The online nature could also be a negative factor if the company decides that they want to ban anyone who modifies the game in any way, which they certainly could with a kernal-level malware/spyware (anticheat) software.

Well the anticheat doesn't stop me from injecting uevr so Im quite certain that even if paks are encrypted it could be patched. But the question is whether it's worth the effort and how they'll respond. Don't want another case like dungeon stalkers and considering they have a bunch of gooner bait outfits for sale already im sure they'd see mods as competition

 

Realistically though what it come down to is whether someone is willing to commission it

Hi, the game is out and it runs on unreal engine 5. The characters are pretty sexualized and you can play in your underwear.
