CTD on Load and new game

Im getting a CTD whenever I load a save or start a new game, any help would be greatly appreciated.

Okay, I seem to have fixed the crash on load (missing meshes), however I now crash whenever I hand in the dragon stone to Farengar :/ anybody know what causes this kind of crash?

Not sure about crashing while handing in the dragon stone. Never heard of that before. Did you also do the Golden Claw quest while you were in Bleakfalls Barrow? Did you hand in the claw yet?
 
I did notice that you don't have any of the unofficial patches installed. I would strongly suggest you do so. I'd also suggest getting TESVEdit and, at the very least, cleaning all your master (.esm) files. If you use BOSS to set load order the BOSS webpage will tell you which files need cleaned. Just Bethesda's update.esm and the DLC .esm files contain over 900 dirty edits that can cause issues with modded games.

Here's a simple video that shows how to use TESVEdit to clean your game up a bit. It's really very, very easy.

Okay, I have installed all the unofficial patches and cleaned my masters, to no avail. I still crash when handing in the dragonstone even on a fresh save.

Well since the loading save part seems to be fixed, I think I might know the problem to the new save game.

The same thing used to happen to me, what I did was whenever I decided to make a new character was to disable all the unnecessary plugins except like character customization or alternate life. Maybe that'll help?
