Sims 4 returning to “choose worlds” page since August update

Game Version: 1.118.257.1020 (latest update)

 

My game has been crashing and returning back to the “choose worlds” screen everytime I try to load a household. It has been doing this since the update in August. 

 

I have used BE to try and find out which mods are causing it and updated or deleted the ones that it came up with but the game still won’t load. My game is now completely unplayable and I’m finding it incredibly frustrating. 

 

Please can someone help me?

It's probably best to try the 50/50 method to find the culprit.

This issue is caused by outdated/broken mods which usually break WickedWhims in turn.
