Would be helpful if you mentioned what game this is for. Based on the art style of the picture you posted and a quick google of the phrase "Totem of Fear," it looks like you're referencing Skryim? Is that correct? You should probably post your request over in the Request and Find section of the Skyrim portion of this forum. You would probably have better luck there.
