twb Could someone convert the colonel uniform from CBBE to TWB 3BBB?

Could someone who knows how to use Outfit Studio please convert the "Colonel Uniform" outfit to TWB 3BBB? CBBE already has its own version included, but no one seems to have bothered to make one for this body type. I've tried, but I'm simply too dumb to understand how to do it. In case you're wondering, that outfit came included in the "Enclave Remnants Pack" Creation Club content, which was added in the last update a year ago.

Hey sorry, I doesn't seems to appear in Bodyslide, so just to ask, how do I install it? Or should I use Outfit Studio to do something else? I'm really sorry, I'm new to this and my time is getting consumed by studies. Also sorry for responding late, I just came back to my home
