setnpcweight issue mod conflict

So this problem started happening about 2 weeks ago, problem is I've downloaded and updated a dozen or more mods since then and haven't the slightest clue which one it is. Typing in Setnpcweight and discolored heads gives a lot of various problems but none that seem to fit, wondering if I can narrow it down to a specific mod.

I thought it might be Better females by Bella, but it did the same thing after installing it.

 

I use Nexus Mod manager and Boss but unsure how to post a log of what mods are installed, any help with that so I can narrow this issue down would be great too. Thanks
