rylasasin Posted January 17, 2014 Posted January 17, 2014 okay so I got this computer back (had it upgraded with a new Graphics Card and CPU)... okay so when I plug in my usb stuff (my logitech mouse, keyboard, and G35 headphones) I started having the disappearing menus problem. fixed that by replugging all my usb stuff (headphones included) but now there's a new problem: Namely, inconsistent volume. Youtube, Winamp, and windows media player all play sounds at the normal volume. However, system sounds and oblivion/fallout/skyrim/etc are all soft (not mute, but very very soft) trie replugging the headphones multiple times but no go. any idea?
prideslayer Posted January 17, 2014 Posted January 17, 2014 Every program in windows has its own volume level. Open up the volume control (click the speaker and select 'mixer') and set everything to the same level.
Guest Ragna_Rok Posted January 17, 2014 Posted January 17, 2014 and if that still makes your ears bleed, then simply adjust skyrims volume by the menue. "escape" ftw
