cant talk to anyone?

Try to talk to literally anyone and this appears dont know how to get rid of it help please.

which game version are you on?

It seems oyu have some conflciting mods.

 

Otherwise I would have said its a well known bug even in vanilla but that message tells me otherwise.

 

my advice is to disable the last couple mods you added and then after a restart try again

I did actually disable the last few mods but I think I have to go further back now which is weird. Also what agme sorry im not very word savvy

.163 or .984?

Guess it has nothing to do with the game version, rather with old four-play related mods/installations (pre AAF, so to say).  

Most likely, assuming AAF did work properly before, you have installed one of those older mods you do not need anymore and rather conflict with AAF.
