I want to add that I also didn't have good experiences on FurAffinity. Maybe that's part of their ecosystem, not sure.

 

And I personally also prefer on-model myself, as you did with Charmy and Tails. You do a great job on those.

 

I've also seen models of Sonic characters where their bodies look like an hourglass with thin hips. I'm not a big fan of those personally, but to each their own of course.

In general, I want to see some IDW characters. Mainly so we get some canon voices for them. At the very least, Tangle was seen on the cover of the IDW crossover comic coming soon.

For the free sets, It'd be nice to see Cosmo added as a treat for the Sonic X S3 fans. Maybe with a plant themed Xtreme gear would be nice....I want moar boards added ;-;

A PSO2 rep would be a great fit for the free characters since its a Sega property. House of the Dead rep with a Keyboard gear and hamy voicelines would be hilarious.

 

For the Season Passes, if Sega wants to, the sky's the limit honestly. As another jab at Nintendo, they could even add the Palworld MC or bosses to the game as a collab character. Personally, I would love to see some less possible collabs like Fate and Blue Archive.

IIRC, Sega and/or Sonic Team doesn't want to use anything from any other canon (AoStH, SatAM, Underground, Sonic X, Archie, and a few more). Either because of licensing or just wanting to have the one canon with no alternate timelines, so Cosmo would have to be a mod.

Vector's crush on Vanilla is the only thing that survived because Sega specifically requested for that to return because it's not like Sonic X could own a ship.

Love Filthypally's work, I really like how their drawn works of Katia Managan matches the art style of the webcomic.

Absolutely love it when porn authentically matches the aesthetics of the original media, it's like seeing official porn.

I think imitating an art style can be easy but like, you need to know how to get good at drawing first because you can pull off on-style R34 well.

 

Again, I can tolerate seeing porn of the Sonic characters leaning a little towards having standard humanoid proportions but I prefer a mix of that and their canonical slim proportions. The art you shared is a good example of that. Here's another one where Blaze has been given a proper ass.

Whether this game gets years of support or not, we're still planned to have 10 more SEGA characters as guests over the next year.

I believe it's likely that Ulala would make an appearance like she did in Sonic Riders and the Sega All Stars games.

I love Filthypally's art too. I think the characters are fine a bit more anthro like you said, adding only a tad bit of realism without making them look generic.

And I'm hoping more for Whisper rather then Tangle, but a lemur is fine too lol.

 

As for lore? I personally don't think it should matter much, since a big reason is mainly due to the bullshit lawsuits that occurred throughout the years. That, and being unable to fit the characters into the current lore without having to retcon a bunch things about them to make them work. So I agree that lore doesn't, and shouldn't matter, since its just a racer at the end of the day.

Yeah, precisely cause I saw that there's a lot of "pendant to be announced" free/SEGA characters planned for Crossworlds is when I started theorizing on the possible chars, beyond the sneak confirmed ones like Nights. Tho it makes me wonder if each slot is gonna be it's own standalone chars or they're gonna do what they did with Minecraft and have 3 chars from the same franchise but that are virtually reskins. In either case I wouldn't mind, cause for example in Nights case, I do like Reala. Wasn't that much of a fan of Pudding in Transformed, tho her guitar AllStar move was rock (pun intended XD).

 

One thing I wish it could be added. Tho I doubt it would be possible at this point in development of the game, is more vehicle types. I don't mean parts, I mean types, like in the riders series not only you had hoverboards, you also had skates and bikes. Something like that. If you think about it, at least with the skates it would make some characters feel more in line with how they normally move. Shadow skating on ground, Silver basically levitating while in air and pretty much the entire cast's speed type being able to run over water when going fast enough. Or if you add bikes, you can finally have Shadow riding his iconic Dark Rider lmao

That's the cool thing about this game.

If lore matters, the Travel Rings having the power to travel through the multiverse would be the perfect reason why crossover and alternate universe characters/tracks are possible. If lore doesn't matter because it's just a kart racing game, there's no need to worry about any conflicts over the differences of mainline canon and alternate continuities. I mean hey, if that means we could have Movie Tails as a playable character in spite of being from another continuity, you bet I'll give him a sheath!

Joker was already playable as early as the game's Open Network Test build. Sega even hosted the Persona festival as part of the test.

His model is also already in the game's files and can be previewed in-game on the character select screen so mods can be made and tested early. These modders aren't necessarily fast, they were just able to work on him earlier. Same reason how I'm able to put out nude mods for this game before it's even fully released.

Holy crap this looks good. I'll be honest, Rouge is my favorite character but I have considerably less actual porn of her than the other girls specifically cause they always push her proportions so much it just doesn't look like her anymore. She gets it the worst unfortunately in that regard despite having way more actual porn than the others (which is very frustrating that so little of it I enjoy). This is perfect though I can't even remember the last time I saw her drawn in a way that was actually visually pleasing like this. And bonus all the other girls are here too. I love this guy.

 

I'm also hoping for Whisper but I have a feeling that she and Tangle will be announced together since they're always so attached. I'm still hoping for a Surge release before Christmas. I want their models so I can strip them too for animations.

I just checked Sonic Forces Speed Battle (another crossover game) and I don't see a single reference to the Sonic universes I mentioned. Only mainline, spin-offs, Movie, IDW, Prime, and Lego.

 

Like, it would be cool if X or SatAM got referenced, but I don't think we're ever gonna see anything from the Mobius universes or Sonic X because they straight up haven't referenced them at all since the Penders stuff happened. And if they do reference them, it'll probably be something non-specific like Vector X Vanilla, or a quote like Sonic saying "Up, over, and gone!" from AoStH when he gets first in Grand Prix.
