Blacked out dick since update?

Ever since the update my male sims have 3/4 black shadow dicks (like broken cc), I've removed everything but wicked whims, and Mccc (the latest releases) from my mods folder and the problem remains. I was not using replacement anatomy or anything so i'm not sure exactly whats wrong. Has anyone else had this happen or know what I should do.

Go to Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 4/ and remove the localsimtexturecache.package file, see if that by itself helps!
