Mod that changes Sexlab Gender based on the schlong a character has(SE/AE Version)

On Skyrim LE, a good while ago, there used to be a mod that changed an actor's Sexlab Gender(not change them from male to female physically) based off of what schlong they had equipped. This is useful when you had mods that gave females schlongs that made them futas, but in an animation they'd wear a strap-on clipping into their penis. It also helped for folks who wanted to give their males a pussy. For the life of me, however.. I can't find it years later, as I forgot what it's name was... So, I ask two things: One, does SE/AE Sexlab address this issue and make needing a mod like this moot(Or if there's another SE/AE mod that does this), and if no... Two: where is the mod I'm trying to describe?(If I need this mod to address this issue, I need the SE/AE version.. and if there isn't one, just point me to the LE version and..... hopefully I can ask someone to make a SE/AE version of it.)

[TRX] Futanari addon for 3BA Vaginaless v2 2.1 and requirements ( don't needed 3BAVaginalless body)

 

You will need to disable Strapons in Sexlab

It will need to be equipped every time in MCM/SOS , for female NPCs you will want male

For your character, you can use it with AddItemMenu

Huh... while that does give me an idea, that's not exactly the mod I'm talking about. Forgot to point out that it also changes the SL gender of a npc that you point the crosshairs at... that and also at your command, can run a scan across almost the whole world and change SL genders of npcs based off of the settings you put in the mods MCM....
