Need help creating a body!

Im starting skyrim fresh from a new slate and need some help making it so my character looks like the pic below in the game, any ideas?

Bodyslide and outfit studio are going to be your best and probably only means to achieve this. If this were Fallout 4 we are talking about then this would be easier since I believe the Atomic Body (or Atomic Beauty? I can't remember what is called) is very close to this body shape right out of the box.  I don't know if a body like that exists for Skyrim though. Probably someone has made one.

Once you have whatever body your going to use, then just go to town in Bodyslide. You'll need to use Bodyslide anyway because once you make your body there is no chance any clothing in the game is going to fit it without clipping. I doubt you'll achieve what you want exactly just in Bodyslide though. You will almost certainly also need to use OutfitStudio as well. So just get the body as close as you can in Bodyslide and then pull it into OutfitStudio and then use the modeling/shaping tools in there to get the final touches on the body as you desire. Probably will still take a lot of work though. 

 

 

Summary:

 

     Step One: Go get whatever base body you are going to use.

     Step Two: Build the body as detailed as you can in Bodyslide.

     Step Three: (Optional) Import the built body from Bodyslide into OutfitStudio and further refine it with the shaping/modeling tools.

 

 

 

TLDR: That is really quite an extreme body that you are trying to achieve. Temper your expectations of what you can ultimately achieve though since if you want it to be picture perfect it will take many, many hours of sculpting in OutfitStudio. ALSO BEAR IN MIND! ALL CLOTHING AND ARMOR WILL HAVE TO BE CUSTOM FITTED IN OUTFIT STUDIO IF YOU DO ANY SERIOUS CHANGES TO THE BODY ALSO IN OUTFITSTUDIO!!! If you make a heavily sculpted custom body in OutfitStudio then you won't be able to preset build any armor/clothing in Bodyslide to fit your body. You will have to modify every piece of armor/clothing in OutfitStudio the same way you did your body to fit you new bodyshape.
