Latex Catsuit Under Clothes

I saw a image that I'm pretty sure was skyrim and on loverslab of someone who managed to make it so their character could wear a catsuit + hood (or some sort of similar latex piece that covered the face) with other clothes on top. I think I remember the character specifically having a witch or spellcaster outfit of some sort with a witch hat. I'm wondering if it's possible to do this in skyrim SE. (Bonus points if you can find the image/post I was thinking of)

Of course, something like this is possible (it was also possible in the LE version) – even in the DD mod, you wear a corset over the catsuit, for example.

 

If you want to create this yourself, however, you should take a close look at managing the "slots" for clothing and armor.

No, is not. As you said, you'll get slot conflicts if you want to casually wear a latex catsuit underneath everyday wear.

 

As you said, a mod like taht would need to fiddle around which slots are taken by which piece of clothing.

 

Just as an idea, you could try to replace the skin with a latex texture, and wear anything you want over that. But your PC would never be nude again...

I may not have made it clear enough that the slots need to be edited accordingly (e.g., using Bodyslide or Outfit Studio).

 

I deliberately mentioned DD because the authors organized the slot system for their mod accordingly.

 

If the TE wants to wear vanilla everyday clothing (like mage robes) over the catsuit, then these slots are of course already occupied.

A mod for a catsuit then needs to be edited in such a way that the catsuit is essentially "duplicated" and linked to a free slot.

 

I even know of a mod for "Skyrim" and "Fallout 4" that already has such catsuit "copies"... but the intention wasn't to use it with vanilla clothing.

 

But that's just the first step... because in the body slide, these "meshes" must then be linked to the body template accordingly... and the "weight" must be taken into account!

 

All of this is only for experienced mod users - it goes far beyond beginner knowledge.

Check out the description... different slots are used for the catsuit, so you could even wear two of them "on top of each other."
