Fairy sim's penis not working

Hey guys, I updated WW yesterday and a few other mods to be compatible with the newest expansion pack. I changed my human sim to a fairy and now his penis won't show. It's the same in both human and fairy forms. I'm using Simdulgence's SimplePenis but the customization options won't show up at all in body selector > fairy form > fairy masc erect penis, only WW default is present there. I tried the WW default models as well, and they won't work either. Any ideas on how to fix this?

Go to Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 4 and try deleting the localsimtexturecache.package file, see if that helps!

Is there a fix for this?

I just tried the localsimtexturecache.package but it didn't help.

Are you using the latest release of WickedWhims?

This should be fixed if your WW is up to date.

Yeah I'm all up to date on everything. 

I think its outfit related, I noticed her fairy form had less outfits in some slots, I made her human in the end.

Entire game feels really unstable at the mo, hard crashes as well.
