[Search] A non randomized option to escape DDs

 DD framework is impressive for what it offers, but lets say im not big on its escape options. They are random, and use "Just wait" a bit frequently. I guess thats the experience framework authors were looking for, but for me game literally telling me to waste time is obnoxious. So, im looking for a mod that allows an active escape option. I do very much like Devious Lore option, except nothing but the mingame is needed, the rest of it i find detracting. 500 gold random drops you just sell are OP economicly, and ive never even started any of lorekeepers quests. So, is there any mod that turns DD escape into active game? I dont mind being stuck if i failed. I do mind being stuck literally wasting my time on RNG. Unforgiving devices mentions such minigames, but as far as i understand - it adds new devices. I mean escaping conventional DDs. Well, DD NG's to be precise. If there are no such options, would it be safe to just remove Devious lore locations and NPCs? Or if not - somehow hide them?

Unforgiving Devices does add a few of its own variations, but it works with a vast majority of DD NG devices, if not all of them. It's a great mod and it sounds like exactly what you're looking for.
