Character UI Overhaul Carnalitas Compatch

---

This is a compatibility patch for the Character UI Overhaul and Carnalitas, with support for the Slavery Expansion and Big Portraits.

The slaves are grouped in a separate slaves tab, like in the Carnalitas Slavery Expansion, even without the expansion.

 

Variations:

• Big Portraits (compatibility for Big Portraits)
• No Vanilla Overrides (the main file includes some vanilla translation overrides to add counts for concubines, secondary spouses, lovers, friends and rivals. If you don't want that, use the no vanilla overrides versions)

 

Requirements:

• Character UI Overhaul (steam)
• Carnalitas
• Carnalitas Slavery Expansion (optional, but highly recommended)
• Big Portraits (optional) (Based on Version 1.0 from Phaze Body, basically just 1 line of code changed)

 

Load order:

• Carnalitas
• Carnalitas Slavery Expansion
• Big Portraits
• Character UI Overhaul
• Character UI Overhaul Carnalitas Compatch

I made this patch, because the only patch I could find seems to be currently outdated (Carnalitas Slavery Expansion & Character UI Overhaul Compatibility Patch).

I am getting this message, I checked the descriptor.mod in Notepad, but couldn't find anything wrong?

Remove the / before mod/, I probably shortened the path wrong, will fix it. Uploaded a (hopefully) fixed version.

Regarding the optional Big Portraits optional file, is that the Dynamic Big Portraits mod here on LL

or one of the 2 that's on the steam workshop?

The one from Phaze Body.

I don't know, if it works with others, haven't really tested it.

The category of "slave" used to be separate, but when I checked it today, I found it was gone.

Took a crack at updating it to 1.18. Initial testing looks functional if anyone else wants to give it a try.

This works well , one thing is the files need to be resaved as UTF-8-BOM but only the gui files , localization is fine. It will stop some load errors and potential crashes on loading. 

I use Notepad++ but you just change the encoding from UTF-8 to UTF-8-BOM and save them

If anyone is intrested this one works with 1.18.* and the Fetishes show and everything works as expected after some playing and tweaking with it,

Hello, carnalites doesn't work with RUI:Character Unofficial. Can you make a compact for that mod?

Download this compatch (don't worry about outdated warnings - it's mostly data bindings and localization, which should be pretty much timeless)

 

Load in this order:

1. Carnalitas
2. RUI:Character Unofficial
3. The aformentioned compatch

Does this still work? I would use @nnkain's version but I have no idea whether it's got a virus in it or not, and they have barely any history on this site, so I can't really trust it, sorry.

Still works for me. Run it through virus scanner. Nothing in it I just messed with it to make t work and I use 18.3.1 and still fine and not a virus.

Of course I scanned it, and it came up clean, but it's possible to write viruses which avoid detection. And I wish I could take your word for it, but I can't.

It hasn't been updated for a long time, and it seems that some CSE content can't be displayed?
