DonQuiWho Posted July 31, 2025 Posted July 31, 2025 The character - has generic, comatose looking head - can be cl;icked on and show up OK in More Informative Console - still has sufficient health not to be dead but is otherwise totally unresponsive 'Setrace' commands don't work Only common feature may be that the punch ups involved were with NPCs from the 'Demonic Creatures NSFW' mod - also asked this on that mod's support thread Anyone got any ideas? TIA for any/all suggestions DQW
Gukahn Posted July 31, 2025 Posted July 31, 2025 No idea why they turn invisible but that npc's can bug out like that is a commonly known issue with some defeat mods. Specificly the OG sexlab defeat and Baka's take on it had this problem form time to time for me. Never found a real solution for that until I stopped using the mod. Turning invisible "could" be something related to overlays if you got something that adds them to npc's like Apropos. Sorry there are no real solutions for this issue I can think of, other than try another defeat mod 🤔 I don't think it's something related to demonic since that mod only adds creatures without doing anything else without other mods installed

I have seen similar visuals before, of course, but not recently at all. Of course, maybe I just never knew where to look to check that this was actually the cause....🙂 Strange thing is that since I posted that query, I had exactly the same thing happen again in a combat against the same type of beastie, the one that looks like Fozzie Bear fell into Kermit's used bathwater 🤣. Other emanations from that mod seem to behave impeccably badly, if you see what I mean 🙂 Probably one of the great transient mysteries of the age .... Thanks again, tho' DQW Edited July 31, 2025 by DonQuiWho
