Creating ESP?

Hello, and thank you for your time

Just as title says, how to create ESP? Since I have good mods found from Chakaru's blog, and no ESP xD
I'd ask him, but if I think I'll just only burden and never know how. So please anyone if you know how, teach me to create .ESP file with armor/weapon inside I downloaded.
