Problem with Devious gags expressions

Hello, I have a problem with devious gags. During sexlab animations, my character opens and closes her mouth according to the standard sexlab expressions even though she's wearing a gag. The same thing happens for gagged NPCs. Outside of sexlab animations, everything works fine. Mouth opens when a gag is equipped and stays open until the gag is removed.

 

Searching this forum, I found a couple of posts describing the same issue, but no sure fix. For some people the solution was to disable a mod that changes the PC's expression like Expressive Facial Animation or Smooth Expressions. I don't use those. Afaik, the only other mod I have that has anything to do with expressions is Expressive Facegen Morphs, but disabling that didn't help in my case. I also reinstalled sexlab, DD, mfgfix and started a new game, to no avail.

 

How should I go about finding the problem? I'm quite new to modding and I'm out of ideas.

Toggle off Auto Refresh Expressions in SexLab.
