Werewolves in human-form get fangs like vampires do?

Just like it says, since vampires get fangs how come werewolves in human form don't get any fangs as well? I think it'd be pretty cool.

 

Does anyone know how to implement this as well?

Or if it's just a simple replacer job, since I'm using a Custom race I could just simply apply it only to my character. Where can i find the meshes to replace Ningheim mouth meshes for fangs?
