Please help with installing UE4SS :(

Hello all.

 

Could someone very kindly help me with the installing of UE4SS please. I have seen to links and i am not clear which i use and even then, when i go to the links i feel very lost as to exactly where the ZIP is for what i need. And then after this i am also unsure exactly where i place the files when i unpack the ZIP. The 2 links i seem to get are :

 

https://github.com/UE4SS-RE/RE-UE4SS

( in this link i presume its click CODE and then click Download ZIP? This then gives me a zip called ' RE-UE4SS-main.zip '. )

 

or:

 

https://github.com/UE4SS-RE/RE-UE4SS/releases

 

 

( which then gives me this zip ' UE4SS v3.0.1.zip' which has different files to the one above  ).

 

What exact zip do i need ? the  RE-UE4SS-main.zip or the UE4SS v3.0.1.zip? They dont have the same files inside.

 

 

and the file path that i  guess i place these files for the correct zip would be  :-    Steam\steamapps\common\Palworld\Pal\Binaries\Win64\   ?       

 

I hope someone can clears this up as i cant seem to get it to work or able to figure it out.

Hello you want to use UE4SS v3.0.1.zip from the https://github.com/UE4SS-RE/RE-UE4SS/releases page. Then you want to extract the zip into Steam\steamapps\common\Palworld\Pal\Binaries\Win64. The folder should be something like D3D12 and mods folder as the only 2 folders then a bunch of .dll files. at least that's how i got mine to work hopefully this helps.
