Regional Nudity

Looking for a mod that makes NPCs in certain regions naked. Basically something like sexy adventures, where if you set a hold to have the inverted nudity law, it strips all female npcs in that hold, but applied to all npcs in the hold, not just women.

No such thing exists at the present but Spell Perk Item Distibutor or SkyPatcher would allow someone to make a mod which would distribute the nude body 'outfit' or a skimpy outfit to NPCs who are part of a certain regional faction or leveled list while leaving everyone else untouched.

I am personally using a mod which gives female Stormcloak affiliated guards the TIWOBA Stormcloak bikinis while all other guards wear the sets provided by the Lollygaggin' guard armor replacer. There is no reason why this can not be applied to the base nude bodies (which each have an armor form ID in Creation Kit).
