Lockup when walking west of Whiterun.

So, I redid my Skyrim, creating a nice clean save in Breezehome.

 

Though now that the mysterious floating tower is gone, I'm having a lockup when I'm walking in a westerly direction I'm still getting lockups when I get a certain distance out.

 

Anyway, here's my load order, no idea whats wrong now.
