Pantalla del mapa infinita solución al error

Llevo varios días intentando solucionar la pantalla del mapa donde nunca avanza, ya actualice todo y cambia la configuración de pantalla pero no veo la solución, me pueden ayudar por favor.

Vi que a muchos les sucede con la gráfica rtx3060 y rtx2080.

What do you mean by scrolling? Use the mouse wheel to zoom in closer?

All I can do with the local and world map since 2006 is left-click and hold the mouse on a spot and then drag the map up, down, or sideways.
There is no zoom. And the mouse wheel has no function in the map menu. No + or - button either.

Left-click and hold and drag is all you can do with the original, classic Oblivion game.

 

I read in Oblivion Remastered you can use the mouse wheel to zoom.

Happened to me once at Wawnet Inn, also on PS5.

The loading screens also forgot my level (I'm level 6, but the loading screen says level 1) and I appear to be on fire even though I have no active effect that would make that. It's not bug free lol.
