RomeoZero Posted July 8, 2025 Posted July 8, 2025 Log file will not tell anything. 2 issues to look at. Followers always have 2 folder structures - their body assets and outfit assets that stored separately or in 1 folder. What to test:Ā Ā Ā outfit meshes of the follower assets ( might be some wrong flags in nif files that are not correct). You can test it by changing follower outfit by overwriting its files with vanilla outfit in example. This way you can see if there is a problem with individual objects like gloves, boots, outfit, other parts. Ā body meshes of the follower.Ā Some followers are made with individual body parts like eyes, brows, and body meshes. Each uses "shader flags" params that can give CTD if are not correct. Replace each part to test if some object has the wrong flag data. If follower uses TRI files you can ignore it. The main issue might be " Vertex Colors" data in shader flag 2, if not set correct it will give u CTD %100. You can view and correct files in Nifskope 2.0.7 app
traison Posted July 8, 2025 Posted July 8, 2025 Post the original crash log and I'll tell you why its crashing.

traison Posted July 8, 2025 Posted July 8, 2025 SKEE (RaceMenu) is having issues doing a deep copy of a BSTriShape namedĀ "3BA_Vagina" that belongs to form idĀ 0xFE21E800Ā "Banhee" fromĀ "Tactical Banhee_Follower.esp". Ā So, your options could look something like this: Consider changing RM version, if options are available for your game version. Throw the mesh into a mesh converter like NIF Optimizer. Convert it to LE and back to SE and see if it changes anything. Open the mesh in NifSkope and see if it has anything to say about it. Rebuild the outfit in Outfit Studio, i.e. replace the current 3BA body mesh with a new one. Import/export it with Blender to see if anything changes. 1
RomeoZero Posted July 8, 2025 Posted July 8, 2025 (edited) Can also be related to hdt bones for the body, in this case maybe the genital nodes are missing in XML data to render for physics to work. Anyway solution is to copy paste body from working follower to not working one and test. There can be many variables but issues r always 2 - body meshes or outfit. Edited July 8, 2025 by RomeoZero 1
danarutoho Posted July 9, 2025 Author Posted July 9, 2025 sorry for late reply its seem the hdt wig on naked armor is theĀ culprit and i got obody installed so when npc "banhee" spawned (use skyrim cheat engine) it get randomization body shape, forced her get naked before the body adjusted to the new body shape and load her wig on naked armor made the CTD thanks you all i will mark this thread as solved
