does anyone know of any objects that would function as a bed for the purpose of double bed ww animations but that doesn't look like a bed?

That's all I spmetimes use at my cheap criminal enterprise run Brothels I have (Mainly because those are built as cheap, run down or abandoned buildings (Often small warehouses with clutter))
