Required Expansion Pack?

Game has been broken for a few days now. I can't travel. It takes me to the world page. Took out all of my mods except for Wicked Whims. Same problem. Uploaded my lastException file to Turbo's site and this is what it gave me. Not sure what to do. Happened before and after updating the mod.

Can you send the exception file here as well?
Also, when does this happen?

I don't have the lastException file anymore because I deleted it after not thinking I'd need it.

 

I tried to get a new one and put WW back in and removed the rest, but now my game won't even open with it in there.

 

But the problem was:

I open my game and can't change my sim's clothes, do odd jobs or travel (traveling will bring me to the world select - even if I click on a lot in the same neighborhood - and when I click on a world it just loops back to the world select and then I can't get back into my save.) So I close the game and try again started with the clothes & odd jobs.

Saw that even though it wouldn't open it provided me with a new lastException file so here
