Does "XCL 3D" exists?

I am curious if 3D version of XCL type game exists. I know there are some hentai games with same approach but they are all illustrated 2d.

Inzoi looks pretty promising but I am quite disturbed how the game works and the audio tracks are just crap. Sims suffers the same problem basically. Also the "reallife" sims usually leave too open scenario where there is really no scripted or suprising events. Basicallly you could probably construct XCL scenario in Inzoi or Sims but it really doesnt come out of the box.
