Animation help

Hi. Could you help me out? I have this kind of glitch with the body during animation — you can see it in the screenshot. Even though it shows a female body in the screenshot, the issue isn’t really about male or female specifically — the dominant actor has this glitch.
I used Blender along with the Fallout 4 Blender Animation Kit by Dagobaking, as well as tools from ZEX. For reference, I used Blender versions 3.6 and 4.4.
The Fallout 4 Blender Animation Kit from Dagobaking comes with instructions on how to do everything, and I followed them — but this is the result I got.
