I can say that the line the horse says is the same as the one from SD+ but after trying a couple times I haven't had any animals say it. Maybe it's fixed in the latest version?

It's from SD+.  That's the line that people start giving you once you've been to Sanguine's realm enough times, and Coveted is enable/active, before they jump you.
