Wicked Whims is Sad Rig Conflict

So my sims is getting an error message saying "Wicked Whims is Sad. Rig Conflict," and I don't have any rig mods in my game. I've noticed a tongue hovering in the air at all times and even distortion in my sims bodies. How do I solve this?

Sounds like a broken/outdated animation issue.
