Hello, I'm new here so I would like to know which body you recommend that has this characteristic.

 

• Animated anus and vagina.
• Butt and Breast jiggle.

This isn't like Skyrim or Fallout where you download a "body" that comes with these features. For an animated anus, vagina, butt, and breasts, these are all included by default in Wicked Whims. 

For jiggle, you can use Real-Time Body Physics, which is the closest to an updated jiggle mod, but it was made for DirectX 9 and not the new 11 version of the game. The mod author is working on an 11 version, but it's unknown when that'll be out. I use Bouncing Sim Boobies by TonicMole. It works for just walking animations and such, but it's wildly outdated here on LL and the latest update is locked behind a $5 paywall on their Patreon. I haven't had any problems with the LL version, but use with caution if you decide to install it.

Body mods in TS4 don't really have any unique functionalities that separate them from each other. They just look different. The most is that some will have animated anuses, vaginas, etc and some won't because they're just old and haven't been updated for that feature. 

Looking through your history, it's clear your experience with modding is in Bethesda games. So you should know that unlike adult Skyrim and Fallout 4 sex mods/animation, animated vaginas and anuses are tied to the animation itself, not the body physics. Which means that the animator has to animate it themselves. Not all animators do this and the ones that do have old animations with no animated body parts.
