I've been looking around for female face replacer mods, I've found very few that get close, the attached screenshot is what I'm hoping to find/suggest.

*I'm not just looking for a racemenu preset, although that'd be helpful, a full replacer is ideally what I'm looking around for.

How do I get it working in-game? I've downloaded FSMP and it's requirements, the sliders show in the racemenu, but the sliders do nothing whatsoever.

*realized I hadn't switch the face part, issue now is that when I do switch, the game crashes...

Fair enough, the game works so long as I don't try and use the head, here's hoping someone has an idea or found a fix lol.

I have a large amount of animation/cosmetic mods and what which based other issues people have had seems to be having an issue somewhere due to one or all of them... thanks for helping.

None of that has any relation to this mod. All you need is working High Poly Head. If it crashes when you switch face parts, it means either you don't have it or did not install it properly.
