Character plays regular walking animation whilst bound in handcuffs

I haven't found a fix for this after 3+ installations of playing with mods, I don't have slaverun installed or prison overhaul, I have billys, fuzzy, zaz animation packs and devious devices

I think it's zaz animation packs causing it but I don't know how to fix it, my character just walks regularly while wearing handcuffs .etc
