The sluts resume mods when installed along with submissive Lola mod and mistress/master  starts the quest -( ROAD TRIP) in which we have 24 hours to talk to frieght dispatcher outside town and take a job and we can't leave the town until we start the job it's been a month I can't figure out how to do it I talked to the inn keeper, the courier driver I can't figure out how to find theirs dispatcher and where

Assuming that you are on SE/AE, because otherwise you'd use SLUTS redux which actually works - did you start a new game? Which means klick the New Game button in the main screen and go through the laboriuos process of character creation, setting up the MCM, initialising Sexlab etc.pp. If not, that SLUTS resume mod just won't work. Been there, tried that, kept to play on LE for any SLUTS variant.

 

If your mod actually is working. "Town" does not mean the part within the city walls, but extends quite a way outside too, including the stables, Honningbrew Meadery and the three farms in the case of Whiterun. The dispatcher typically is the coach driver, talk to the one with the right dialogue (I had duplicate drivers when I tried it) and IIRC it's also incompatible with any travel overhaul mod.
