Follow on update > I noticed that when you don't use "cannibal" perk, there is a smooth interaction, and the body is there. However, with the "cannibal" perk, the body is hit and miss. I think sometimes one action, or another is causing the body to be invisible. I would fix this by going back to bodyslide, rebuild, and then the body was there. This missing body was not predictable, but with the added function embedded in cannibal perk, spacebar to "consume", sometimes causes the next function, spacebar to "shop dat ho", would cause the body either cooperate, or disappear.

 

I only wanted to mention because I can either play cannibal or settle for the benefit as a food source. This is only story breaking for me because I use "Crime and Punishment, and there is no knock to your karma for eating human, without being cannibal. I hope this is not too convoluted of a statement.

 

So I am saying, choose smooth visuals, or immersion. (C&P) with hiccup's. I am not a complainer, but wonder is this a fixable thing?

Or could it be my potato?

 

Edit >>>>> Ah, it was my potato. I found if I just gave it a little more time between actions, I had no problems with body disappearing.

So that means I don't have to choose. One oddity is that now when I go through doors, a corps follows me.(post chop) Not sure about that and was funny because gave me the option to (eat) again. Normally it is one and done.

Not a problem because I use console to just disable that model. Just thought I'd pass that along.

So I've got a backlog of bugfixes of course with anything like this. But its mostly sorted in most cases, the big changes coming to later versions would be if I can get it working an MCM to choose how you chop up your items. Either that being you smack em with something sharp or if I do specific cutting tools. Or if you just use a hotkey while looking at them.

I''ve been looking into reworked models for the females, and am leaning over to some. However looking through the communities already existing models I may just add some mod requirements and use those assets with permissions. Once I can decide on which models to stick with, males will be added then, so we don't have jarring differences in the model quality throughout the mod.

My SATA drive failed to initialize just before Halloween. Went to get it repaired, and was told it was shot. Checked the backups and saw the program had failed to run the past 6 times due to drive failure. With this I've lost my source code for the most part and any of the updates I had been working on. Alongside the new Fo4 Update it will be some time, but I'll just have to start over from scratch, the idea and most of the assets in the release are enough to reboot it. It will be some time before I can push a solid update. Thanks for waiting.
