Requesting help with my Sexbound modding problem

Its my first time modding Starbound and I just keep running into the same problem again and again, ive tried searching for earlier answers on problems similar to mine but couldnt resolve it by myself. It all starts with Aphrodites bow mod, I spawn in the staff, I teleport to the questlocation, I get the quest from the npc, but I cant lie down on the plinth. So there is no natural way of getting the bow, no problem ill just spawn it in, I get the item shoot some arrows, but humanoid npcs just turn invisible. I still can interact with them, but by doing so my character also turns invisible. I think there is still sexing happening, as my character will get the pent up status, but the UI doesnt appear and neither does any POV scenes. Non humanoids dont turn invisible but they dont transform into a node either, even though their arousal is maxed. Cant interact with them either.

 

Ive tried looking into the log a little and I think the line 

[Error] Exception caught loading asset: /scripts/sexbound/lib/sexbound/event.lua, (AssetException) No such asset '/scripts/sexbound/lib/sexbound/event.lua'

might be cockblocking me (literally).

looks like you didn't actually download sexbound properly. can you check your mod list?

edit: ok, reviewed it a little more. it looks like it's having an issue detecting 'nodes'. at least, that's my best guess. i'd try re-installing, and checking the req. for the mod again. failing that, comb over the 'sexbound' or 'aphrodite's bow' forums. these sound like something i've heard before.

Main problem i see is that you have the incorrect version of PoV Redux installed. 4.0.1 is meant for Legacy/Original Sexbound, not Reborn.

The rest all checks out.

Yeah Ive tried that and I found one person with a very similar problem, but he never got answer.

Thanks that solved it, which is weird because Ive tested both versions. Probably wasnt thorough enough.
