Sexlab Framework breaks some animations when deactivated

I have been playing with and without Sexlab (on different saves), however, after updating to 1.35, using it, then switching it off (and running FNIS after switching) to play without the Framework, I found that falmer and troll animations are stuck in a T-Shape. I then re-activated Sexlab, ran FNIS, and the animations worked normally. I would really appreciate a solution to this (othat than using the framework all the time). I don't know if this is a FNIS problem or a SexLab problem, so I have asked for help both on Nexus and here.
