Update and WW Error

Hi all.

I've been running into an error ever since the new update and i cant figure out how to fix it. I've checked all mods seperately, and it is WW (the latest updated version) that keeps triggering this:

 

Possible Cause (Confidence: 30%)	features\attractiveness\functions\_ts4_lovestruck.py
Reason	Exception raised while trying to run a test event in test_events.py: (TypeError: handle_event() missing 1 required positional argument: 'resolver')
MCCC Version	2025.3.0
WickedWhims Version	v184h

 

Anyone knows what this could be? Thanks in advance

The fix was updating better exceptions. It was throwing fakw errors. Version 3.14 is available for this error

Thanks, the advice was helpful.

Now the BE errors are gone but I'm still having issues with incompatible content. I can't see some custom objects and It doesn't save games

I regret having updated the game and WW  🥲

Hi all   

 

I too am having troubles since the latest update I get a message on game start up that " Wicked Whims is sad " and a blank, clickable line underneath it. The link takes me to the WW page and I tried downloading a newer version but I have the latest, it is dated 2 / 6

After checking mods, I had two WW tuning.packages installed and after deleting the one in misc folder ( not WW folder ), all is good

 

Now all I have to do is hunt down the error that MC keeps throwing at me

I have updated Better Exceptions and WW but niether is stopping the error, is there something else that could maybe be causing it? This just started happening for me so I don't know if maybe there is another issue?

As for today 08/2/25 I solved by updating Better Exceptions, Lumpinou's RPO and keeping WW version v184i
