Mod that implements good overwhelming excitement

Most mod just add some debuff or stuck animation if character fondles or get orgasm etc. I find this overwhelmingly stupid and wonder if there is a mod which would cause the character crawl or stutter or (not blocking) player from moving and acting if character had strong arousement etc?

Mod like this should be rather easy to make with OAR and if you have animations. But I have not seen anything like this. DD and other mods simply stucks the character to do stupid events which is completely idiotic.
