Re-aligning animations causing CTDs Every Time.

I've finally mastered the player hotkeys for realigning the animations, thanks to having to re-do it about 20 times. The issue is that after the realignment process, my game will always crash when either trying to access menus via Tab or trying to save my game. It's getting to be quite nerve-racking. I'm hoping I someone can provide me with a solution here, as my only choices right now are to put up with badly misaligned animations, or crash.
