You clearly know more about it than I do. Which I admit is NOT setting the bar very high. Why is that?

Relatively simple.

 

At the current time it is very hard and near impossible to add completely new creatures into the game.

You can change existing ones with relative ease but changing human NPC to a different faction can and most likely will fuck up the main game in some capacity.

 

That's why I said the chance is present but very low.
