plutocene Posted May 14, 2025 Posted May 14, 2025 Having issues getting TK Dodge to work with Pandora (even though it should). I tried several instruction sets, essentially installing TK Dodge SE (Meshes only) TK Dodge Re and NG on top of each other, as well as the TK Dodge Pandora patch. However, while the animation plays when pressing alt, the character remains in place. I cleared out the output folder of Pandora and its output overwrites the TK mods. Suggestions please?
nilead Posted May 14, 2025 Posted May 14, 2025 Struggled to get it running for a while myself. Load order: (Timed dodge and simple dodge arent relevant): Pretty sure NG is obsolete here, but couldnt be bothered removing it) Order of patches in Pandora is important, here is mine. Here i believe its imperative to have TK dodge patch lower than BFCO. Id suggest you try and move it lower, see if it helps. Only ever use TK Dodge Standalone option.
devildx Posted May 14, 2025 Posted May 14, 2025 (edited) Never manage to make TK Dodge work on 1.6.1170 so I use Dodge MCO-DXP instead. https://www.distaranimation.com/mods/dodge Edited May 14, 2025 by devildx 1

Thanks for the detailed description although I have never seen all these patches before. While most relate to other combat animation mods you use, you also have a patch for XMPSE? I think I have figured out the problem, the Pandora patch requires Animation Motion Revolution, I use open animation replacer. Edit: YES!!!! That was it I have to install animation motion revolution. For everyone else, install and load in this order: Animation Motion Revolution (https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/50258?tab=files) Confirmed to work on 1.61170. TK Dodge SE (Only the meshes folder) https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/15309 TK Dodge RE (https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/56956) on top, pick only TK Dodge standalone and maybe patches for standalone. TK Dodge NG (https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/115408) on top... Another TK Dodge Animation Pandora Patch (https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/144894) Run Pandora and tick patch for TK Standalone. Pandora Output loads last. Pray to the Nine divines (hard requirement) And it should work. Well, hopefully... As nilead pointed out, the load order of Pandora might impact this as well depending on the loadout. You're wellcome, double checking the requirements is allways a good idea. AMR and Open Animation Replacer coexist easily, i run both. As for pandora patches - relevant one is TK dodge standalone, and try to load it first/last (you can drag patches in pandora to change their ordering) and see if that helps. If i put TK dodge standalone above BFCO, ill get back to rolling in place, for example. Edited May 14, 2025 by nilead 1
