Need help with Lighting effect (ELFX)

Not more than 3 days ago, in night time my lighting effect was looking like this (indoors)

 

 

 

 

 

 

Now its looking like this

 

 

 

 

 

And the mods I installed since then are,

1. Flora overall

2. Vivid Landscapes

3, Updated my Enhanced Lighting and FX to the latest.

 

Now i tried by un installing the flora and vivid landscape and downgraded my ELFX back to older version but it is still looking like the 2nd picture in night time..What do i do to get back the night lighting from the 1st picture..

I'll be grateful for help..
