[XCL] [0.23] (New) Violet - Player Character Mod (+ BLACKED)

This mod adds a brand new* playable character to XCL, one based on adult film actress Violet Myers! For those who aren't satisfied with just hooking up with Mariselle from the base game, and would rather be Mariselle in their game.

 

This character is of comparable size to those found in the base-game and includes a comparable volume of content (plus; additional transactional positions, foreplay, cumshot, workout, solo, shower, and morning clips).

Base Mod:

 

    💃 57 Positions – 31 active, 26 passive

 

    👗 245 Outfits

 

    💇‍♀️ 17 Hairstyles

 

    ❓Dynamic Video Assets – morning and morning activity assets will change depending on your current status (look at screenshots for hints)

 

(Most clips are considerably longer than those in the base game, however, all asset files have been optimized for the easiest download possible.)

 

BLACKED Expansion:

 

    🍆 40 Extra Positions – 20 active, 19 passive

 

    👗 3 Outfits – Exclusive

 

     ❗Requires BLACKED to work!!!

 

🧩 Compatibility & Known Issues

📌 Likely can't be played with both the old and new Violet mods installed. If you'd like to take a look at the older mod, here's a link to it's page: Link

 

📦 How to Install

 

    Download the “violet 1.9.X"  file.

 

    Add the zipped files into the mod loader with "Add mods" — do not extract them!

 

    Press "Load mods", wait for it to finish

 

        If it doesn't launch itself, then launch the game through the modded folder!

I'd love to see this, too! ...but, as with the Blacked expansion, it's all down to Blue Sparkle's level of enthusiasm for the project. It's no good if it's an obligation, rather than a passion project/labor of love.

It looks like as of 0.22, this mod is letting you start a new save as Violet, but after day one, every following day immediately goes to the bedroom at night regardless of what day choices you make, skipping basically all of the content. My guess is the new player content is affecting this?

This issue was noticed on the Discord for a number of characters:

A solution was provided for the mod-makers, too. The :: day [around] passage can be simplified, now, so that it only needs to handle the morning videos. Sample from the Skylar Vox mod:
