Lune's sex framework is the only one around, you should ask them to expand their mod, in the BG3 section

I'd assume there isn't much demand for it because you can already look at the characters naked without mods

 

Whenever I want NSFW mods for something it's only because there's a hot character I can't appreciate fully because the good parts have annoying clothing in the way. Other than that I'm not sure what you could even add
