All NPC voiced by 11lab. CSV voice file included. 

 

(Most NPC aren't voiced for some reason. I think they were not assigned a voice type in the ck.)

 

FOUND A SOLUTION

 

Download the Problems of Survivor Voiced By MrNicoras

 

Not all the npc will be voiced, but many of them are. I'll try to patch the other.

 

Install just the esp from his mod, it adds the voice types to the NPC's.
