try opting out of fame, change lots, then turn it off again.

wrong..... it can auto assign just like it auto assigns stage dancer and charmers.....the real fix is cheat the mixology skill on one or more dancers... then they auto go and bartender when one is not there....for some reason the game will not allow no mixology sims to auto fill in the bartending role
